A session lasts approximately one hour and takes place in a relaxed setting. You lie or sit comfortably while I move the SCENAR device over specific areas of your skin. As an added bonus, we always conclude with a 10-minute session in front of our red and infrared light panel to maximize the session's power and recovery.
